This project was born in the heart of Ciudad Bolívar, at the foot of the Transmi-Cable, it is a recreational center that consists of different spaces suitable for culture, it seeks to regenerate the territory degraded by human action through._d04a07d8-9cd1-3239-9149 -20813d6c673b_

The design is created from a "Palimpsest" concept. This is why the project rewrites the topography of the place, blending with it, and having small openings throughout the project, 70% of which is underground.
